What is PERSO?
PERSO is the thirteen-product enterprise software ecosystem covering people, customer, sales, field, operations, warehouse, asset, smart-systems and finance processes. Nine products run on PERSO One Platform: PERSO HR, PERSO CRM, PERSO FIELD SALES, PERSO POS, PERSO CONSTRUCTION, PERSO INSTALLATION, PERSO PROCUREMENT, PERSO AMS and PERSO FINANCE. PERSO WMS, PERSO IoT (Powered by Lumisense), PERSO VISION and PERSO SMART EXPENSE are the ecosystem’s separate products.
What is PERSO One Platform?
PERSO One Platform is the platform layer that lets PERSO HR, CRM, Field Sales, POS, Construction, Installation, Procurement, AMS and Finance share one user, permission and company/branch infrastructure. Notifications, tasks, the report centre and shared master data (personnel, business parties, catalog, physical assets) live in this layer; it is not a product itself. WMS, IoT, Vision and Smart Expense are positioned in the ecosystem as separate products; their integration with the platform is assessed per project.
Why One Platform?
Nine platform products, one shared backbone.
PERSO products are scoped to your business needs; the products, capabilities and commercial package structure are settled during the quote process. The nine platform products work together on the same PERSO One Platform; WMS, IoT, Vision and Smart Expense are separate ecosystem products included in scope on request.

One sign-in, a product launcher and switching between products; every product speaks the same interface language.
Company / branch structure
The multi-company and multi-branch model is the shared scope of all products.
Users and roles
Users, roles and permissions are defined on the platform; products inherit them.
Tenant isolation
Each company’s data stays within its own scope; access is checked at company and branch boundaries.
Notifications and tasks
Approvals, tasks and notifications flow through a shared infrastructure.
Shared master data
Personnel, business-party (customer/supplier), catalog and physical-asset records are kept in one place.
Report centre and data transfer
Reports, exports and import tools are offered at the platform level.
Web and mobile
Management in the web app, field and employee experience in the mobile app.
Working Together
Teams in separate products, data on the same platform.

Both products use the platform’s same customer record.
Site crews work in the field with the personnel record kept in HR.
The supplier record is shared; invoices and payments are recorded by the finance team.

Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers about PERSO
- What is PERSO?
- PERSO is the enterprise software family that manages people, customer, sales, field, operations, asset and finance processes in one platform experience. Products are offered in the web application; the field and employee experience in the mobile app.
- Which products does PERSO consist of?
- Thirteen products. Nine run on PERSO One Platform and share the same user, permission and company/branch structure: PERSO HR, PERSO CRM, PERSO FIELD SALES, PERSO POS, PERSO CONSTRUCTION, PERSO INSTALLATION, PERSO PROCUREMENT, PERSO AMS and PERSO FINANCE. Four are the ecosystem’s separate products: PERSO WMS, PERSO IoT (Powered by Lumisense), PERSO VISION and PERSO SMART EXPENSE.
- What does PERSO One Platform mean?
- It is the shared platform layer under the nine products: users and roles, company/branch scope, tenant isolation, notifications and tasks, the report centre and shared master data. It lets the products be used with one sign-in and one experience; it is not a separate product.
- How are PERSO products scoped?
- PERSO products are scoped to the business’s needs; the products, capabilities and commercial package structure are settled during the quote process. A product is not a commercial package; pricing is settled on the selected products and company scope.
- Which processes does the PERSO mobile app support?
- Employee self-service (shifts, QR attendance, leave, advances, payslips), field sales visits, construction and installation field records and field service work orders. CRM, POS, Procurement and Finance are offered in the web application today.
- Does PERSO support a company and branch structure?
- Yes. The multi-company and multi-branch model lives in the platform layer; every product inherits this scope and data access is checked at company, branch and site boundaries.
- What is the difference between PERSO AMS and PERSO INSTALLATION?
- PERSO INSTALLATION manages the installation project on the customer site (shipment, crews, daily reports, progress, acceptance and hand-over). PERSO AMS covers the period after hand-over: asset inventory, maintenance plans and work orders, service requests, installed products and warranty. Handed-over products can be tracked as installed products in AMS.
- What is the difference between PERSO CRM and PERSO FIELD SALES?
- PERSO CRM focuses on lead, opportunity and pipeline management; PERSO FIELD SALES runs the field operation such as routes, visits, orders, collections and shipments. Both products use the platform’s same customer record.
- What is the difference between PERSO FINANCE and PERSO SMART EXPENSE?
- PERSO FINANCE manages bookkeeping processes such as accounts, invoices, collections/payments, cash/bank and reconciliation. PERSO SMART EXPENSE (AI-EMS) is a separate document and expense automation product that reads receipts and invoices and classifies expenses with AI. The two are positioned together; there is no automatic posting today.
- Are PERSO WMS, IoT, VISION and SMART EXPENSE part of PERSO One Platform?
- No; they are the PERSO ecosystem’s separate products. PERSO WMS is offered inside the Super App or as a standalone WMS, PERSO IoT on the Lumisense stack, PERSO VISION inside the ecosystem or as standalone video analytics, and PERSO SMART EXPENSE as a separate expense automation product. Their integration with the platform products is assessed per project.
